Fast Food Diet Is Just Not a Great Idea, Experts SayA new study out of Cornell University has found that people who eat a fast food and/or fast food Diet (or “fast food diet”) for a week are less likely to have diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke, and other serious health problems than people who don’t.

The study looked at more than 1.6 million people in the United States over two years and found that those who were followed for seven days had a 20% lower risk of diabetes, obesity, and diabetes related health problems compared to those who didn’t.

In fact, the study found that among people who were on the fast food fast food plan, the risk of obesity and diabetes was the same as those who weren’t.

This study shows that people on a fast-food diet are just as unhealthy as people who do not eat fast food.

This is an important finding, as fast food restaurants are one of the most profitable industries in the U.S.

Fast food is not a healthy food.
